treadmill-photo-520x345Our fitness studio set amidst the countryside of Cefn Cribwr and all of our equipment is easy to use, for all  age groups and all fitness levels.

We also run a variety of Fitness and Nutritional activities for all of the family.

Monday – Friday 7:00am – 7:30pm
Saturday – 9:00 – 12noon
Sunday – 10am – 5pm
